Q: I sent out an email but haven’t received a response yet

A:  Please allow up 7 business days for a response (business days MONDAY-FRIDAY ONLY)

 

Q: I received a tracking number but no update or movement

A: All tracking #’s are sent at once & split into batches of two. One batch going out each week

(Twice a month) Read shipping policy for more details on shipping/processing

 

Q: I received my package but some of the items spilled, may I have my package resent or a refund?

A: upon receiving the package send mutiple clear pictures to GoldenbrownskinLLC@gmail.com

Based on the photos sent & my discretion, I will respond with a solution to best help you!

I have a no refund no exceptions policy so you will not be able to receive a refund.

 

Q: How do I become a brand ambassador?

A: Email Goldenbrownskin a written statement of why you should be a brand ambassador, including acne photos if for face care or show your social media engagement/following for body care! GOOD LUCK ! 🍀
