What is a missing package ?
- A missing package is a package that shows delivered through usps postal service but customer has not physically received package. Meaning package is “delivered” but no where to be found.
- Package shows motion through usps tracking but package has been stuck in one location for a week + with no further movement.
Anything outside of that is not a missing package.
All missing packages must call usps & file a claim.

Broken/Cracked
If you receive your package, broken, cracked or damaged, you must send clear photos of how package was received to GoldenbrownskinLLC@Gmail.com
YOU MUST SUBMIT PHOTOS/VIDEOS & WRITTEN DETAIL OF ATTACHMENT WITHIN 3 days OF RECEIVING ORDER.
AFTER THE 3RD DAY YOU WILL BE FORFEITING YOUR OPPORTUNITY FOR RESHIPMENT IF YOU DO NOT EMAIL YOUR SUBMISSION.
NO REFUNDS! NO EXCEPTIONS!
