Missing/Stolen

If you claim that your purchase has been stolen or missing you must submit a report to the post office through your tracking # & have it submitted to me. 


Because I am a small business I will take all precautions to protect my business from scams or fraudulent individuals. You must file a missing/stolen report in order for me to do anything with your order whether it’s a refund or re shipment. You must submit proof. I am a small business & these rules are set to protect the business. Thank you .
