Thank you for shopping with goldenbrownskin! Below you’ll find important information regarding order processing, shipping, and tracking updates.

Order Processing

• All orders are handmade fresh to order.

• Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed before it ships.

• During periods of high order volume, processing may take 4-6 business days.

• Business days are Monday–Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Schedule

• Orders are shipped once a week, typically on Thursdays or Fridays, depending on the number of orders received that week.

• Orders placed after 11:59 PM on Wednesday will be shipped the following week during the next shipping cycle — not the same week.

• You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been processed and prepared for shipment.

Tracking Information

• After your package is processed and a label is created, you’ll receive an email containing your USPS tracking number.

• Please allow 24 hours after receiving your tracking email for the USPS system to update with an estimated delivery date.

• You can track your order through the link provided in your shipping confirmation email or directly via USPS Tracking.

Additional Notes

• Shipping times may vary based on your location and USPS delivery schedules.

• goldenbrownskin is not responsible for any delays once your package has been transferred to USPS.
